Mitch Potterf is a CrossFit coach and fitness professional dedicated to helping everyday people build strength, confidence, and long-term health. With a passion for functional fitness and smart training, Mitch focuses on meeting athletes where they are—whether they’re brand new to CrossFit or looking to level up their performance. Known for his encouraging coaching style and attention to proper movement, Mitch believes fitness should be challenging, empowering, and sustainable. His goal is to create an environment where athletes feel supported, capable, and proud of what their bodies can do—both inside and outside the gym. When he’s not coaching, Mitch is focused on continuing his education, building community, and helping members turn consistency into real results.
